Description

A folder design ( to hold documents and papers) for a branch in the education department of the IDF(the army...).

The hand that holds the globe/flame is the symbol of that branch,
but the original is a real simplyfied vector work, all other stuff is totally myn.

Done in PS6 ,Painter Classic & a wacom tablet

(oh and its actually only the front side of the folder, the back side is just clouds, love to draw them bdw... still learning)

Well its a rather idiotic (in my opinion at list) pherse, its part of their logo, so i had to put it in ^^;

its in Hebrew and it says something like "changing worlds for you" (their job is to deal with people inside the education department like manpower managing or something similar

nice design. I would make the sky a lighter blue but that is just me.
